Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the mobile application Grace (“App”) and related functionality, unless individual agreements state otherwise. The provider is Vantura Studios, owner Jonathan Kokalj, Moorkampshöhe 5, 25462 Rellingen, Germany.

2. Agreement and use

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms where permitted by law. Paid features are additionally governed by the respective app store terms (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play) at the time of purchase.

3. Service scope

Grace provides an AI assistant app. Features, availability, and models may vary by plan, BYOK configuration, and product updates. There is no claim to uninterrupted availability; we strive for reliable operation.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions. Billing and renewal are handled by the respective app store under its rules. Cancellations must be made in the store. Refunds follow store policies where applicable.

5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, not to infringe third-party rights, and not to circumvent legal requirements. You are responsible for content you submit and for API keys you connect.

6. Liability

The App is provided using industry-standard practices. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable typical damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and under product liability law remains unaffected. Liability for lost profits or indirect damage is excluded where legally permitted.

7. Intellectual property

Branding, text, design, software, and other App content are legally protected. Copying, distribution, or public reproduction beyond statutory exceptions requires consent.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when justified (e.g. new features, legal changes). We will inform you of material changes in an appropriate way (e.g. in the App or by email). Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

10. Miscellaneous

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence provides otherwise. If you are a merchant, venue is our registered seat where permitted.
